Week of Feb. 9-13:
Students will write down announcements. Students are assigned a job for the week. The students have a different job each week in order to meet the objectives in Multimedia Design.They will train each other as the week progresses. After completing jobs, students will work on MOS certification.
DAY 1:
Students will do their jobs as usual. When finished, students will print out their magazine covers and laminate them. If time permits, they work on their MOS credential.
DAY 2:
Students will do their jobs as usual. When finished, students will work on their MOS credential. All students who are not seniors will chose a famous journalist for Thursday when with another teacher.
DAY 3:
Sub: Students will create a logo for the new Thomasville Career Academy. When finished, students will summarize what they've learned on their jobs last week.When finished, students will work on their MOS credential.
DAY 4:
Work Keys Testing: Students not testing will write a report summarizing their findings on a famous journalist. They will be given guidelines for this. They will also write a summary of what they’ve learned completing their jobs in the media class.
DAY5:
Guest Speaker: Mr. Jeff Adams of BCBS of Alabama.
Assignment for Wednesday, November 19th:
1. Open your textbook to page 227
2. Please read over (skim) through to page 245
3. Below, I have attached the audio files that you need today, please download them into your folder on your computer.
3. On page 240, you will begin "Activity 8A" - Edit Audio Clips...follow the directions and complete the activity.
4. On page 244, you will begin "Activity 8B" - Add Sound Effects...follow the directions and complete the activity.
5. Complete the above assignments and then work on your movie. I will come to your computer and grade it tomorrow.

Assignments for Monday, November 3rd - Thursday, November 6th
1. Come in everyday and take announcements.
2. Begin working on your MovieMaker Project.
3. The sub has the MovieMaker Directions.
4. The sub has the Memory Book sheet that you can by as well.
5. Be sure that your movie follows a sequence, meaning that you don't put your toddler pictures after your teenage pictures.
6. Use your imagination...You CAN do this!!!
7. Remember that you are not to put your music on your movie yet.
8. If you need to scan pictures, Chris knows how to do that..ask him for help!
9. Have a great week! I will miss you!
10. Everything but your music should be finished...Work hard all week-Don't just throw something together.
